Krupa is a long-established BBC radio, podcast and TV broadcaster, presenting flagship programmes such as Woman’s Hour on BBC Radio 4. She’s a regular voice across the BBC World Service radio, hosting live news programmes such as Newshour. Outside Source and Weekend as well as current affairs programmes.  The station reaches more than 52 million people worldwide every week. She’s also latest addition to the presentation team for Radio 4’s The World Tonight.

As well as radio, Krupa has been an anchor on the BBC News Channel for over ten years, specialising in live global news coverage. BBC World News is available in more than 200 countries and territories worldwide, around 300 million households.

Krupa’s journalism has taken her around the world from India to Israel. She’s covered some of the biggest stories of our time from the Thai cave rescue and Sri Lanka’s Easter Sunday attacks, to the return of the Taliban in Afghanistan and the war in Gaza. She’s fluent in four languages including French and Hindi.

Krupa also presents documentaries and podcasts on BBC Radio 4, and writes feature articles for the BBC’s international facing website. She takes a particular interest in social affairs and family well-being, as well as immigration and race-relations.“
